Delivery time

The delivery time from the date payment may differ depending on where you're located. If payment Delivery is only made once the amount is recorded for us.

Please understand that unpaid orders will be canceled after a period of 10 days.

Deliveries are carried out by DHL or UPS. The shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight of your delivery and the shipping method chosen in the checkout.

Please notice:

For countries outside the EU, an additional customs fee of €25 will be charged for a shopping cart value of €1000 or more, which is then included in the shipping costs.

We are always striving to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, orders placed can not be processed until the next working day at the weekend or on a holiday.
If we can deliver within the period referred you order does not, we will notify you if possible.

Transfer of risk

The passing of risk occurs at the delivery of the ordered goods to DHL or UPS. For damages or losses incurred in transit, accepts "SMtec GmbH" no liability.

In externally visible damage to the customer compared to DHL or UPS to object immediately and a message to "SMtec GmbH" discontinued.
